1. Nature of Our Products
All items sold on Algo King are digital products, including but not limited to TradingView scripts, indicators, strategies, expert advisors and other trading tools. Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been provided, it cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales are generally considered final, except in the limited cases described below.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
A refund will be issued only in the following situations:
- Item not available: the item you purchased is not available with us and we are unable to deliver it to you.
- Wrong item delivered: we sent you a different item by mistake than the one you ordered.
In both cases, we will first try to deliver the correct item. If we are unable to do so, a refund will be processed for the amount paid for that specific item.
3. When a Refund Is Not Provided
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Trading losses of any kind, whether partial or full, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of any item purchased from our website.
- The item did not generate the profit, results or performance you expected.
- You changed your mind after the item was delivered.
- You purchased the wrong item by yourself, or ordered an item that does not suit your trading style, account, broker, symbol or timeframe.
- You are unable to use the item because of your own device, platform, subscription plan or technical limitations (for example, a TradingView plan that does not support the required features).
- Misuse of the item, incorrect settings or failure to follow the provided instructions.
- Dissatisfaction with trading results based on past, present or future market conditions.
4. Trading Risk Disclaimer
Trading in Forex, Gold (XAUUSD), indices, cryptocurrencies, stocks, CFDs and other financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every person. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Please read the following points carefully:
- Nothing is 100% in trading. No indicator, script, strategy or tool can guarantee profit or eliminate the risk of loss.
- All items on Algo King are provided for educational, analytical and informational purposes only.
- Signals, alerts, levels and statistics shown by any tool are theoretical and based on historical or chart data. They may differ from real market execution because of spreads, slippage, commissions, gaps and liquidity.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any result seen on a chart or in a backtest does not mean the same result will occur in live trading.
- Nothing on this website, in our products, descriptions, screenshots or communication is financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
- We do not manage accounts, we do not trade on your behalf, and we do not guarantee any profit, win rate or return.

5. Limitation of Liability
Algo King provides tools and items only on the demand of the customer. We are a tool provider, not a trading advisor. Under no circumstances shall Algo King, its owners, team members or partners be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage or expense of any kind, including trading losses, loss of capital, loss of profit, missed opportunities or any indirect or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use any item purchased from our website.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase through our support email or the Tickets section of your account.
- Include your order number, the name of the item you ordered, the email address used for the purchase and a clear description of the problem.
- If you received a wrong item, please attach a screenshot or proof showing what was delivered.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method or by a method agreed with you.
- Processing normally takes 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider or bank.
- Any payment gateway or transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
- Once a refund is issued, your access to that item may be removed.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so that we can resolve it. Opening a chargeback or dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and restriction from future purchases. We reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, delivery and acceptance of this policy to the payment provider.
